Cycle 1 Round 3 -- Results

This is the official announcement of results for G4M's Next Top Model Cycle 1 Round 3.

Hi contestants! Welcome to the 3rd elimination night of G4M's Next Top Model, Cycle 1.

This week your challenge was to submit a photo of yourself that best represented our theme for Round 3: "Angry and Fierce". We wanted you to show us that you could be angry and gorgeous at the same time.

The judges knew that this theme would be difficult for the models to pull off. It's not easy to portray a negative emotion and still pull off a good photo. However, if you're able to rise to the challenge, the results can be quite beautiful. Unfortunately, while we appreciated the effort the models put into this week's theme, most of you seemed unable to strike a good balance between being angry and being fierce. That having been said, we will proceed with tonight's results.

In my hand I hold 5 pictures, and these pictures represent the 5 men who will be continuing on the journey towards becoming G4M's Next Top Model.

The judges for the most part agreed that you were the best at balancing being both angry and fierce at the same time. While your previous photos were at times filled with unnecessary details, this photo, whie not perfect, was simple and understated.

The judges had mixed reactions towards this pic. Some of them loved it, some of them didn't. Still, you know you can do better than this. You need to bring back the fire from the first two rounds.

You were last week's Coverboy, and you need to begin proving you deserve to win this whole competition. To do that you need to show us the range of what you can do, and you weren't able to do that this week.

Another fierce pic. Although this time, it was maybe a bit too fierce. We're happy that you're showing a wider range of expressions, but you need to make sure that your expression is appropriate for the theme.

The judges weren't impressed with either of you.

br@t -- While your photo was so-so, but it was really more your attitude that got you in the bottom 2. We understand the difficulties you were going through this week, but we didn't like the fact that it seemed like you seriously considered giving up on the competition that easily.

CANDYMAN -- We're happy that you lent br@t a hand with his photo at the time when he was seriously thinking about leaving. What we're not happy about is that it seems you gave more importance to his pic than your own. The judges are wondering if the photo from the first round was a fluke.

I have 2 men before me... 2 talented men who were not able to translate their talent on to their pics. I will only call 1 name. The model I do not call must immediately return to his house, pack his things, and leave the competition...

You need to seriously start proving to us that you deserve to be in this competition, not just in terms of your photos, but in your attitude as well. So many people would give anthing to be in your place. Don't disappoint us anymore.
