This is the official announcement of results for G4M's Next Top Model Cycle 1 Round 2.

Hi contestants! Welcome to the 2nd elimination night of G4M's Next Top Model, Cycle 1.

This was another exciting week. Just like the real ANTM, our Reality Thread is no stranger to controversy. 2 weeks into the competition, people are still questioning the mechanics, the quality of the photos, the dedication of the contestants. Audience members have been passionately defending their fave models, even to the point of arguing with the other models. The judges have been caught in the middle, trying hard to keep the peace.

None of that matters now. What matters is that in my hand I hold 6 pictures, and these pictures represent the 6 men who will be continuing on the journey towards becoming G4M's Next Top Model.

1 of you will be eliminated...

This week your challenge was to submit a photo of yourself that best represented our theme for Round 2: "Product Endorsements".

The judges overall are happy with quality of the pictures that were submitted this week. There was a vast improvement as compared to the photos from last week. You all tried hard to come up with photos that not only best represented the products that you were endorsing, but photos that were also edgy and fierce. With the effort that all of you put in this week, it's sad that someone still has to go home...

I will call only 6 names. The first name I will call is the winner of this round -- our Coverboy of the Week.

You proved that you don't need photoshop to help you come up with a good photo. This photo was simple, not perfect, but it captured the essence of this week's theme. You've been the most consistent contestant so far.

You were pushing the limits last week, but not this week. This was a safe picture. While it's appropriate for commercial shoot, you have to be careful not to let the fire that's within you stop burning.

The judges weren't impressed with either of your photos.

sundhae_143 -- You weren't the highlight of this photo. In fact, you could argue that you weren't in the photo at all. You let the product overwhelm you, and the judges don't think that's a good thing, even with this week's theme.

CANDYMAN -- You definitely underwhelmed us this week. You were last week's Coverboy, and the photo you submitted this week got us thinking that all the attitude we saw last week was gone. We warned you not to get complacent.
